The OIT User Services delivers computing, multimedia, and networking tools and services to the members of the campus community in support of learning, instruction, research, public service, and the day-to-day work of Indiana State University.

Departments in User Services

  • Audio-Visual Services
    A variety of audio visual equipment and support services are available to support the presentation technology needs of the ISU community. An extensive inventory of media equipment is maintained to satisfy many format and presentation requirements. Assistance may be provided for the instructional and informational programs.
     
  • Computer Labs
    The Information Technology Computing labs are distributed across the campus at Indiana State University. The Student Computing Complex (SCC) stands in the middle of 23 individual computing facilities. These facilities, with over 500 workstations, are connected through network services and are dedicated to academic endeavors. The labs are open to all faculty, staff, and students with valid ISU identification.
     
  • Help Desk
    The Help Desk serves as the hub for most of your computer needs. The Help Desk has consultants and technicians available to help with hardware and software installation, hardware and software problems, network access, and other ISU computer-related problems.
