Scope of Activities:

All current and/or future IT services provided centrally to the campus community will be provided to the School of Nursing. This primarily includes software troubleshooting and consulting on "supported software", AME and ERS hardware and network repair for "supported hardware".

The following services will NOT be included:

• Non-standard software or monitoring support for "private labs."
• System software backups.
• Applications development or debugging of existing code.
