Mission

The Alliance for Servant-Leadership (ASL) is a learning community that exists to provide opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and external publics of Indiana State University to develop their servant-leadership potential and to apply that potential in the service of personal and organizational improvement. In addition, the ASL seeks to contribute an expanding body of knowledge about the process of leadership and to disseminate that knowledge for the benefit of individuals, organizations, and the community, including: schools and colleges, governmental agencies, and for-profit and not for-profit organizations.

As a Learning Community, the Alliance for Servant-Leadership aspires to be an exemplary "university-community partnership" dedicated to the study and application of the principles of servant-leadership.
