2001: Named honorable mention all-MVC and to the all-MVC tournament team • finished the season in the top five in nine-different offensive categories • started 47 of the 55 games he played in •hit .343 with a .556 slugging percentage, scored 39 runs on 58 hits, tallied 37 RBIs • in the MVC, he hit .364 with six doubles, a triple and three homers • he had 17 multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI contests • finished the season with a six-game hitting streak. 2000: Played and started in 59 of ISU’s 60 games in both center and right field • batted .273 with 10 doubles, 35 RBIs and tied for the team-lead with seven triples.
