Sycamore Men's Cross Country Team Earns Academic Honor

Terre Haute, Ind. - On Wednesday, the United State Cross Country Coaches Association named the Indiana State University men’s cross country team an All-Academic Team for its efforts in the classroom.

The Sycamore men's cross country team, under the direction of head coach John McNichols, posts a team G.P.A. of 3.17 among its 12 members. It is the ninth-straight year that Indiana State has earned the annual honor. Joining Indiana State on the All-Academic Team were national champion Stanford, third place Eastern Michigan, plus fellow Missouri Valley Conference schools - Drake and Evansville.
