West Lafayette, Ind. - The Indiana State men's and women's cross country teams ended their 2002 seasons in disappointing fashion at the 2002 NCAA Great Lakes Regional, hosted by Purdue University. On the women's side, the top runner for the Sycamores was junior Jessica Crowder. The three-time all-conference runner finished 34th overall to lead the Sycamores. The Winamac, Ind. native led the Sycamores as he finished 88th overall, covering the 10k course for the first time in his career in 32.53.4. Another surprise was the Sycamores' No. 2 runner - sophomore Dustin Strosnider. The sophomore from Washington, Ind. cut a minute off his career best 10k mark to finish in 33:13. 2 to finish 104th.
