Credential Requests
Please direct all credential requests for the 2002 Pre-NCAA meet (Oct. 19) dto Danny Kambel. Credentials are mailed when possible. If time does not permit, credentials will be held at the course. All requests must be on letterhead and either faxed (812) 237-4157 or mailed to the ISU media relations office. Photo credentials are handled in an identical manner, just indicate it as such on correspondence.

How to obtain results?
• Via the internet - web.indstate.edu/athletic/cross  - is where results can be found following the completion of each race
• Via e-mail - members of the media can obtain results via e-mail if you notify Danny Kambel in advance at: athkambe@scifac.indstate.edu (.)
• At the meet - members of the media and coaching staffs may pick up results following each race or outside the media tent.

Press Conferences
• Pre-Race: There will be no pre-race press conferences.
• Post-Race: A post-race press conference with the top three individuals and head coaches of the top two teams will be held folloiwng the conclusion of the respective races. Media members will not be allowed to access to the athletes during the 10-minute cooling off period. At the end of the period, members of the Indiana State athletic media relations staff will escort the interviewees to the media tent, near the race-finish line. Copies of coach and athlete quotes will be available in the press room.

Photography
There will be a photo box on the finish line area and the start line. Photographers are expected to stay inside the roped off area and must show  credentials to gain admittance. You are allowed to shoot the runners on the course, but do NOT interfere with the participants directly or indirectly.
