WOLF'S CAREER NIGHT NOT ENOUGH TO TAKE DOWN BRAVES

Box Score

PEORIA, Ill. – Indiana State's Tessa Wolf posted a career-high 20 kills and led the Sycamores to a season-best .214 attack percentage against Bradley, but the Braves' Lindsay Stalzer was too much as ISU dropped a 3-0 decision on Saturday night. Game scores were 30-23, 30-28, 30-25.

Stalzer, who leads the MVC in kills and ranks 5th in the country, posted 29 kills and a .415 attack percentage to lead Bradley to 61 kills in the match. The Sycamores posted 51 kills, which is a season-high for a three-game match, with only 19 errors on 133 attempts. ISU contended in each game, but BU was in control for much of the match as there were only five lead changes the entire night.

In addition to Wolf's career night, Christy Trame also posted 14 kills and a .344 attack percentage and Tera Fish had five kills in 11 swings with no errors. Fish also posted 36 assists, while Meghan Pollard led the Sycamores with 15 digs. ISU led the Braves in blocks (6 to 4) and aces (3 to 1) but Bradley held a considerable 57-42 edge in digs.

Bradley improves to 15-13 on the season and 8-6 in conference action, while ISU drops to 0-26. The Sycamores return to ISU Arena for the final three contests of the season, beginning with a Friday (Nov. 11) matchup against Illinois State.
