From the first professional class you take in our undergraduate program(s), you will be working with children either in a public school classroom, or at public agency.
Sycamore Readers provides our students a chance to give back to the community while helping elementary students in Vigo County improve their reading skills.
TOTAL – Teacher of Tomorrow Advancing Learning, a pilot program, gives ISU elementary/special education students the opportunity to spend a semester in the classroom before their student teaching experience.
