Filing a Petition
Undergraduate Petition Process
Petition forms are available in Education Student Services (Room 115, University Hall) or the online version is available here :
Prior to the revised petition process, students turned in petitions to their advisors. Students will now turn in all petitions to Education Student Services(Room 115, University Hall).
By turning in the petitions at a central site, the petitions can be tracked more effectively. A faculty committee will continue to make decisions based on the specific requests, but Education Student Services will collect the petitions and notify students of the committees’ decisions.
Please contact Education Student Services at 237-3131 or stop by the office to pick up petition forms.
