Finding a Tutor
General Tutorial Services
The Student Academic Services Center provides tutoring services for all Indiana State students. Students should contact Tutoring Services by going to Gillum Hall 2nd Floor or calling 237-3651 for details. Tutoring Services provided through the Student Academic Services Center are free of charge to students for almost all General Education courses. For more information, visit their website.
Math Lab
The Math Lab is available to assist students with questions/problems dealing with Math. The Math Lab is located in the basement of Root Hall.
Writing Center
The Writing Center serves Indiana State students from all courses at any stage in the writing process. For more information, visit their website.
Departmental Tutors
Many departments will offer tutors for the courses they offer. Some courses will also utilize Supplemental Instructors to assist with certain courses. If you need a tutor for a particular course, check with the department office to see if they offer any services.
