About I-TV Courses
I-TV courses are televised courses via videoconferencing technology.
This means that from a remote site classroom you can see and hear your instructor
and fellow students -- and also be seen and heard by them.

DVDs of I-TV Courses
If you are enrolled in an I-TV course and are unable to attend a particular class, DVDs are available upon request, with instructor permission. Additionally, many courses are
available entirely on DVD, providing you with maximum flexibility. Please note: There is a nominal fee (plus shipping) for DVDs. For more information, read our DVD Policy.
DVD Policy
With the instructor's permission, DVDs are sold to all students enrolled in I-TV courses. DVDs that supplement Internet courses also may be available.

Students may purchase DVDs using Visa, MasterCard, money order, or check. Make checks payable to Indiana State University, and mail to:

Delivery
DVDs are mailed on the day following the class session. Delivery within the state of Indiana is usually one to two days. If you do not receive a DVD as expected, contact the Office of Distance Support Services at 1-888-237-8080. You also may pick up your DVDs in person at the Office of Distance Support Services. Total cost is $2.00 per DVD. Call in advance to reserve a copy.
Technical Problems
Students experiencing technical problems with televised courses must first report these problems to their local site coordinators. Students who are unable to contact their site coordinator should contact IHETS at 1-800-556-7612.
Students then contact Distance Support Services to request a DVD. DVDs are not automatically sent.
Upon confirmation of technical difficulties, DVDs will be sent -- free of charge.
