CIMT 522 Introduction to Cataloging and Classification -- 3 credit hours

Methods and tools employed in the organization of all forms of information for library use. Emphasis is on the standard cataloging and classification methodology in the organization of information.

Delivery: Internet (Web)

Scheduling: This is a three-hour, semester-based course, with starting periods in the fall semester.

Prior to enrolling, individuals should contact Education Student Services if they have questions regarding course applicability for their particular career goals. Pre-approval by Education Student Services is required before enrolling in any course intended to be used for Indiana license renewal.
