The University now offers a bachelor degree-completion program in industrial technology management via distance learning. This program is designed for individuals who have completed an associate of applied science (A.A.S.) or associate of science (A.S.) in any technology-related program offered by Ivy Tech Community College, Vincennes University, or other accredited colleges and universities. Courses are offered via the Internet and other distance formats. Campus visits are not required. For details, visit: Industrial Technology Management NOTE: This new industrial technology management bachelor degree-completion replaces industrial supervision and industrial technology, which are no longer offered via distance learning.
The University now offers a Nursing Education Specialization for individuals completing the University's Master of Science in Nursing via distance learning. Courses are delivered via the Internet. Clinicals can be arranged in the student's community. Campus visits are not required. In addition to this new Nursing Education option, two other specializations are offered in Nursing Administration and Family Nurse Practitioner. For details, visit: Nursing: Master of Science
The University now offers a Nursing Education Post-Master's Certificate via distance learning. This online graduate certificate is designed for the registered nurse who already holds a master degree in nursing -- and now wishes to add Nurse Educator Certification. The program consists of 14 credit hours. All courses are delivered via the Internet. On-campus visits are not required. For details, visit: Nursing Education Post-Master's Certificate
The University now offers a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) via distance learning. This 36-hour program is designed for working professionals who have experience in public or nonprofit organizations, and now seek a graduate-level degree for career advancement. The program can be completed entirely on-line. Courses are offered via the Web and Desktop Videoconferencing. On-campus visits are not required; however, selected courses require students to log in as participants in a videoconference during weekly class meetings.
