Born in Hong Kong, Neng-Chiang earned his bachelors degree in painting and printmaking

from the China National Academy of Fine Art in 1982, his master of arts in studio

from Morehead State University in 1993 and his masters of fine arts in painting from

Indiana State University in 1997. Currently, he is an instructor at Morehead State University, Kentucky.

Student at the John Herron School of Art in Indianapolis. Among his other commissions

in the portrait of Woodrow Wilson from Woodrow Wilson Junior High in Terre Haute.

Student at Yale and teacher at Columbia, and New York University. An accomplished

academic who was the dean of the John Herron School of Art in Indianapolis from 1933-1970.

Born in Hong Kong, Neng-Chiang earned his bachelors degree in painting and printmaking
