Dali’s painting and sculpture is synonymous with surrealism in the 20^th century. Influenced by the writings of Sigmund Freud and Andre Breton. His combination of realism and dream-like fantasy scenarios brought him much acclaim and wealth.

Dali experimented with filmmaking and with the assistance of his spouse, Gala, became a marketing brand.
