Lived in  Wisconsin, known for Droll Genre, Graphics, and an Illustrator.

A staple of the Printmaking Department at the University of Wisconsin Madison as a master printmaker in etching and intaglio. 

Collect's naïve style of drawing becomes a satirical comment on all things culture from politics to fashion to the development of the narrative.
