What is conditional admission to Indiana State University?

Some students have strong academic backgrounds and training but have not had enough preparation in English, as measured by the TOEFL test.  These students are given conditional admission to ISU.  They attend INTERLINK to improve their English.  When they complete INTERLINK's English program, they are fully admitted to ISU.  No TOEFL score is required in this instance.
