Health Insurance
International students are
strongly encouraged to obtain a health insurance policy that includes

Required TB Blood Test
All international students
coming to Indiana State University is required to have a Quantiferon
blood test for Tuberculosis. We require that all new international
students have the TB test done at the ISU health center no later than
August 31, 2011. The cost of the test is $60.00.
The Health Center is
temporally relocated to UAP Clinic Downtown, 221 South 6th Street, Terre
Haute. To Schedule an appointment please call UAP Clinic - ISU Health
Center at 812-242-3120, be sure to identify
yourself as an ISU student. Appointments are available Tuesday through
Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Starting fall 2011 the number to call
will be 812-237-3883.
