Upward Bound is a federally funded program offered by the US Department of Education, and is designed to encourage high school students from low-income and/or families in which neither parent or guardian has earned a four-year college degree.
Our staff is committed to assisting students, parents/guardians, and high school teachers, counselors, and administrators in motivating and encouraging our students to achieve success in high school and beyond.
