I am a junior majoring in Communications with a concentration in Electronic Media. My minor is Marketing.
Other than being a member of the McNair Program, I am also a twenty-first century scholar. I love being
a positive influence in the community; therefore, I am a member for Sankofa, which a mentoring organization
for incoming freshmen young ladies. My goal is to utilize this blessed opportunity of being in the McNair
program in order to further my education. I plan on receiving a master’s and a Ph.D. in Communications. I am
very excited about life and what my future holds! Being involved in this organization will be the stepping
stone for many opportunities.
