After my undergraduate studies, I will work toward earning a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. My intentions are to utilize my education in conjunction with my military experience to assist military personnel. I am currently the Vice President of the ISU Student Veterans Association, where I and the association’s President, write grant proposals to support different projects to benefit the veterans of ISU and surrounding communities.

As a McNair Scholar, my research focus will be on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and its role in higher education.
