Cooperative games, themed activities, storytelling, and music engage our children's natural energy and enthusiasm. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery, and creative relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, and positive thinking. Partner poses and yoga games build positive peer interactions and social skills. This is a unique way for children to build skills they can carry into their everyday lives. This class is for children of all fitness levels.
