Endpoint Encryption Password Self Recovery

If you've forgotten your password you can reset it after correctly answering the personal recovery questions you set when you logged in for the first time.

  1. In the User name field, enter your ISU University Username and then click Next.

  2. When prompted for your password, click Options.

  3. When the options are displayed, click Recovery.

  4. Choose Self-Recovery, enter your ISU University Username in the User name field and click. OK.

  5. Enter your answer to the first question and then click Next.

  6. After you've entered the answer to all three questions, click Finish.

  7. Enter a new password, confirm it and click OK. (Note: This password will change to your ISU Portal password after you login to Windows and the Endpoint client synchronizes with the network. View the Endpoint Encryption FAQ for more information.)

  8. You will then be prompted to enter your new password in order to continue with the login process. Enter your CURRENT portal password here.

Performing an Administrative Recovery of your password
