Purchase Information
Laptop ownership is now mandatory for all incoming freshmen. This began with the Fall 2007 freshmen class and will extend to each new incoming freshmen class. ISU has partnered with Dell to provide deeply discounted laptops to all ISU students.
The ISU recommended Dell laptop is in stock and available for purchase at the Computer Store located in the Student Computing Complex or online at www.dell.com/isustudents.
Purchase of the recommended Dell models means you are getting a high quality/business grade laptop that will serve you well during your academic career and beyond.
The Laptop Program does not require students purchase a Dell product. However if the student opts to purchase another brand it must meet the standard requirements specified by the University.
