Computers and monitors (video and computer) not immediately needed to perform tasks. All printers and copiers not immediately needed to perform tasks. Print/film dryers as soon as prints and or film is dry Any other equipment not immediately needed for work *Area coordinator will notify the Disaster Response Coordinator (DRC) as soon as level 2 procedures accomplished. University Level 3Shutdown all equipment, non-essential personnel leave campus At 11:30 a.m. University Level 4Upon notification, the OIT Disaster Response Coordinator will advise each of the Directors. The DRC will direct OIT area coordinators to initiate Level Two Basic power reduction procedures and report when completed. Director will issue appropriate advisory messages to key users to inform them of services that will not be available during the emergency, and the time that will elapse before that service will be restored following the end of the emergency. The Disaster Response Coordinator will be included as "CC" on the messages. Director will initiate shutdown of all systems not supported by an emergency generator or batteries of sufficient capacity to keep the system in service for the expected duration of the emergency. Director or their designates will identify the personnel to staff the Level Four essential positions, and to advise them. Names and contact numbers will be provided to the Disaster response Coordinator. Directors will notify all other staff of the designated time they are to depart campus. Director or designate will identify the personnel to be called back after the emergency to assist in restoration of services. Names and contact numbers will be provided to the Disaster Response Coordinator.
