Telephone Training
Telecommunications & Networking Services offers training for faculty and staff on the very basics of the ISU telephone system including voice mail. "Hands-on" training is available in such areas as:

retrieving messages from your home;

recording an appropriate greeting;

and sending one message to multiple users.
New employees will benefit from learning about SUVON,
conference call set -up, call forwarding, and how to request additional
phone equipment or service for your department.
