W32.FunLove.4099 - can infect Windows 95/98/Me and Windows NT
users. This virus can also infect files over a network. This virus
can cause system instability and crashes it can also corrupt windows

VBS.VBSWG2.Z@mm - VBS.VBSWG2.D@mm is a
worm that sends itself to all recipients in an infected user's
Microsoft Outlook address book. It arrives as an attachment

VBS.Hard.A@mm -VBS.Hard.A@mm tries
to disguises itself as a virus warning from Symantec. It spreads
itself through the Microsoft Outlook Address book. It also makes
changes to the infected computer system. May 15, 2001

VBS.VBSWG2.D@mm - Also known as
VBS.HomePage, is a worm that sends itself to all recipients in an
infected user's Microsoft Outlook address book. It also pretends to
open a Web page upon execution. Then it randomly selects one of four
pornographic Web pages. May 10, 2001

W32.Magistr.24876@mm - This virus comes in
an email message that may have up to six randomly chosen
attachments, they can be Word or Text documents as well as infected
executable files The email containing the virus will have a randomly
generated subject line with up to 60 characters and will most likely
come from someone you know.

W32.Naked@mm - mass mailing worm that disguises itself as flash
movie. The attachment will be named NakedWife.exe. This worm, after
it has attempted to email everyone in the Microsoft Outlook
addressbook, will attempt to delete several systemfiles. This will
leave the system unusable, requiring a re-install. March 6, 2001

VBS.SST@mm - This is an Internet worm that is sent as an
attachment named AnnaKournikova.jpg.vbs and when it is run it emails
itself to everyone in the user's address book. February 12, 2001

W97M/Melissa@MM -Update - Can now
infect Macintosh users. January 21, 2001

W32/ProLin@MM - This is an Internet worm
that is sent as an attachment named creative.exe and carries the
subject "A great Shockwave flash movie". December 4, 2000

W32/Navidad.exe - This is an Internet worm that is sent as an
attachment named Navidad.exe and when it is run, it displays a
dialog box entitled, "Error" which reads "UI".

Sonic.B.Worm- This is a worm that is sent in a message with the
subject "I'm your Poison" or "Choose your Poison" containing the
worm as an attachment (lovers.exe or girls.exe).

W95.MTX - is sent in a second message with no subject and the

Upgrade Internet2/perrin.exe: A message has been circulating
containing a warning for the above virus. It is a hoax. This "virus"

recommending that users of Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express read

Jer Worm: A new virus was discovered yesterday, it is considered
at this time to be a low level threat. The email subject will be: "Jer
Resume" and it will have an attached webpage named: "Jer.htm".

"I Love You," do not open it -- delete it immediately. This is a

Pretty Park Worm: The Pretty Park Worm program behaves
similarly to Happy99 Worm. When the attached program file,
PrettyPark.exe, is executed, it may display the 3D pipe screen

CIH : also know as the Chernobyl or "space filler" virus, is
spread via e-mail attachments and has the capability to disable or
corrupt data stored on the hard drive. The best protection against
CIH is to run an updated antivirus program and to avoid opening any
