OIT Computer Labs
Printing Information
OIT Computer Lab printers are available for use by all Indiana State University students, staff and faculty.
The cost per page is $.03 for black/white and $.15 for color pages. Only single-sided printing is permitted.
Students
Check your
print balance using the "$" icon located on lab computers.
Every student who is assessed a Tech Fee will have $20 added to their print
balance at the beginning of the semester. The balance left from Fall
will carry over to Spring, and Spring to Summer. Every student's print
account will be cleared prior to the Fall semester.

money to your print account.
Wireless Printing
You may print from your laptop to most lab printers. You must pick up your
print job within 24-hours. Be aware that most labs have classes being
held at various times and the printers may be turned off.

Faculty/Staff
As faculty or staff, you do not automatically get an allowance
in your print account. If you will need to print to the labs, you can
request your department to deposit money into your account. Also, you
may personally deposit money into your account.
