Pre-Veterinary                        

College of Arts and Sciences        

Students who identify as Pre-Veterinary plan to apply to Veterinary school.  The Pre-Professional Advisor helps students develop a strategy for completing pre-requisites, selecting an appropriate departmental major, and navigating the application process. Students will select a major field of study (degree program) during the second or third semester of study.  A Faculty Advisor will then be assigned to help students develop a plan to meet ISU degree requirements for that major.
