ILLINOIS STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP

  2. Renewable
  3. Admission deadline: June 1
  4. An unlimited number of these scholarships are awarded each year.
  5. All incoming freshmen and transfer students who are admitted to the University by June 1 will be automatically considered for this scholarship. No additional application is required.

For consideration, candidates must reside in Illinois and have a cumulative high school grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Fees for Illinois Student Scholarship Recipients
Fall 2010—Spring 2011

This special reduced fee rate enables eligible Illinois residents to attend Indiana State University at a rate similar to most Illinois public colleges and universities.

The value of this scholarship is tuition at a reduced rate equaling that of only 125% of in-state tuition. Rather than having to pay the full out-of-state tuition amount of $16,426/year, scholarship recipients will pay only $9,392.50/yearly (12-18 credit hours per semester).
