Bridget Gaddis RN; BS (Interim) Director
Bridget Gaddis, R.N., B.S., graduated from Indiana State University. She
has been at the ISU Student Health Center since September 9, 1999. She
formerly worked in a hospital setting and previously worked as the
Nursing Supervisor at the Student Health Center. She recently
became the Director of the Student Health Center.
Debbie Morecraft Debbie Morecraft has been employed at Indiana State
University since 1980.
She is responsible for the overall ordering of goods and supplies. She
keeps a record of expenses, pays bills and monitors income for the
Director. Debbie graduated from ISU with a B.S. in Criminology.
Donna Bell -- Office Assistant III / Receptionist
Donna Bell is from Paris, Illinois and started working at the Student
Health Center in October 2002. She works in the Business Office
answering the main switchboard, making appointments and is the Cashier.
Lisa Burba -- Office Assistant III / Medical Records Clerk
Lisa Burba is from Terre Haute, IN, and she is a graduate of Indiana
Business College in Medical Coding. She is responsible for
transferring medical records as requested by our clients. She has
outpatient, clinic experience.
Angela Smith -- Office Assistant II / File Clerk
Angela Smith is from Terre Haute, IN., and has medical records
experience. She is a file clerk in the Student Health Center.
Angela is currently attending IVY Tech and planning to study nursing
Pati Flowers -- Office Assistant II / Coding
Specialist
Pati Flowers is from West Terre Haute, IN and graduated from Indiana
Business College with an associate degree in Medical Records Technology
and Business Administration. She assists in the Business Office
answering main switchboard, making appointments and maintaining routine
files.

Medical Director
Kevin J. Loeb, D.O., FACOEP, FACEP, FAAEM
Dr. Loeb graduated with a Doctorate of Osteopathy Medicine from
Midwestern University-Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994.
His residency and fellowships were in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Loeb
is ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified.
Nurse Practitioners
Deborah Daugherty R.N.C.S., F.N.P
Deborah Daugherty, R.N.C.S., F.N.P., graduated from Indiana State
University where she completed both her undergraduate degree and the
Family Nurse Practitioner program. Deborah is BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life
Support) certified.
Lynn Kellett R.N.; M.S.N., C.P.N.P
Lynn Kellett R.N.; M.S.N., C.P.N.P., graduated from Indiana State
University with ASN, completed a masters in nursing from IUPUI and
is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Lynn
is ACLS/BCLS certified.

Marybeth Dye R.N.; BS; ASN
Marybeth Dye, B.S., A.S.N., R.N. is a graduate of the University of
California, Irvine and Lakeland College in Mattoon, Il. She has a
Bachelors Degree in Biology and a nursing degree. She grew up in
Minnesota. She has worked hospital medical surgery nursing and
home health care. She currently monitors the Tuberculosis
Surveillance Program at the Student Health Center and is a certified
instructor by the Indiana Department of Health. Marybeth has
recently been named the Charge Nurse.
Kelly Hamilton R.N.;ASN
Kelly Hamilton, R.N., A.S.N., graduated from Indiana State
University. She has work experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology
Nursing at both Terre Haute Regional Hospital and Union Hospital.
Kelly is also ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified.
Mark McAnally R.N.;ASN
Mark A. McAnally, R.N., A.S.N., graduated from Indiana State University
in 1992. After 4 years of military service in the United States
Marine Corps, Mark worked as an EMT and as an RN for 14 years at a
maximum security prison. Mark is also ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life
Support) certified.
Kathy Willis R.N.;ASN
Kathy Willis, R.N. graduated from Vincennes University with an
Associates Degree in Nursing. She worked in Medical-Surgical
nursing , Home Healthcare and many years in Correctional Nursing.
She started at the ISU Student Health Center on January 2, 2007 and is
very pleased to be here.
Melisa Hallett RN
Melisa Hallett, R.N. graduated from Lincoln Trail College with an
associates degree in Applied Science; Nursing. She has worked as a
Staff Nurse and Nurse Manager at an extended care facility in Greene
County and most recently at a long term care facility and at
SCCH. She has ICU and Med/Surg experience. Melisa is also
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified and has IOPA (Indiana
Organ Procurement Association) training.
Mary Richmond R.N.;ASN
Mary Richmond R.N. graduated from Indiana State University. Mary
started here at the Student Health Center in March 2008. She
previously worked at Terre Haute Union Hospital in the Outpatient Unit
and has experience with telemetry. Mary is ACLS (Advanced Cardiac
Life Support) certified. She grew up in Terre Haute.
She has worked at ISU before and is glad to be back on campus.
Linda Swick-Ice RN ASN
Linda Swick-Ice RN graduated from Vincennes University in 1994.
She has 12 years experience in child / adolescent and adult psychiatric
/ chemical dependence nursing at Bloomington and Wishard Hospital in
Indianapolis. She also has prior nursing experience as an
occupational health nurse, and as a home health nurse. Linda was
hired in November of 2008

Laboratory Technician
Amy Edwards
Amy Edwards, MLT (ASCP) is a 1994 graduate of Ivy Tech College with an
Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. She was a Medical
Lab Technician for seven years at the Terre Haute Medical Lab, Union
Hospital before joining the Student Health Center February 2000.
Radiology Technician
Jill Strauch RT (R)
Jill Strauch RT (R) is from Poland, IN. She is a 1994 graduate of
Ivy Tech State College with an Assoc. of Applied Science Degree in
Radiology. She joined our team on August 27, 2007
