Going to the Series
The University Speakers Series is free and open to the public. No admission charge - no ticket required. Just come - and bring a friend.
All events are held in Tilson Auditorium, Tirey Hall. Most events begin at 7 p.m., but there are exceptions. Please check the times on the University calendar, this website or through advertising done in the Terre Haute Tribune Star.
If the speaker has authored books, a select number of titles will be available for purchase prior to the presentation in the Tirey Hall lobby from Barnes and Noble Bookstore.
Following the main presentation and short question and answer session, there is a free reception in Heritage Lounge where patrons can meet the speaker and get their books signed.
Accessibility
The following services are available to patrons:
- A Sign Language Interpreter (Signer) will be located at the front of the stage.
- Elevator for accessibility.
- Parking for persons with disabilities for vehicles bearing handicapped parking stickers or license plates.
