mentor program
A new Mentor Program to match newly hired ISU staff with a current member of the ISU staff is now being provided by Human Resources and the Support Staff Council.
The Mentors will begin at the Orientation by introducing themselves to the new staff member, take them on a campus tour, take them to pick up their Sycamore ID and parking pass, take them on a free lunch in the Commons, and take them to their new department.
The Mentors are knowledgeable about all areas of ISU and will be supportive and available to the new staff member during their 90 day probationary period and beyond.
