The Indiana University School of Medicine-Terre Haute (IUSM-TH) is located:

1.  In Holmstedt Hall on the campus of Indiana State University

• Driving directions:

  On I-70, from the east or west: Exit I-70 at the US-41 interchange (exit 7). Proceed north on US-41 (3rd St) about 2.5 miles to the stoplight at Chestnut St. Turn right onto Chestnut and proceed two blocks to 5th St.  Turn left on 5th Street and then right on Spruce Street.

  On US-41, from the south: Proceed on US-41 (3rd St) about 2.5 miles north of the I-70 interchange to the stoplight at Chestnut St. Turn right onto Chestnut and proceed two blocks to 5th St.  Turn left on 5th Street and then right on Spruce Street.

  On US-41 or SR-63, from the north: US-41 and SR-63 merge on the north side of Terre Haute. Proceed south about 1.5 miles to the stoplight at Chestnut St. Turn right onto Chestnut and proceed two blocks to 5th St.  Turn left on 5th Street and then right on Spruce Street.

  Parking: Park in the Visitors Pay Lot located off Spruce Street
