eLabs provides supplemental files with images and animated tutorials for self-study to support Biomedical Sciences learning. The labs on these pages are a supplement for basic sciences courses offered by Indiana University School of Medicine - Terre Haute (IUSM-TH). Feel free to explore the materials at this site.
Technical Requirements
eLabs requires a graphical web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator/Communicator that is JavaScript enabled. Generally, this site requires Netscape Navigator 3 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3 or higher.
eLabs functions best if your monitor is set to a display resolution of 800 x 600 or better.
Some documents at this site are available in Portable Document Format (PDF), which requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have it already installed as part of your web browser, you should download and install the Acrobat Reader software.
Instructions
Each of the labs at this web site is a standalone activity appropriate for as an enrichment lab or activity. The labs are presented on a
series of web pages that are navigated using the internal links. The "eLabs Homepage" Control tool is located at the top right of most
pages. On the Lab Safety Tutorial this quick Homepage return tool is located on the left side. Use it whenever you would like to reset
the content and select another area.
The menu bar at the top of the pages provides easy access to the eLabs Home Page, CHD Course Information, the IUSM-TH and IU School of Medicine homepages. The button at far right is a link to a learning analysis tool, the VARK Learning Style Inventory.
