     On Sept. 5, Indiana State University implemented new travel procedures designed to encourage advance planning, provide necessary oversight and provide individualized accountability.

Farewell reception for Provost Wells Sept. 27
    
A university-wide farewell reception for Richard Wells, ISU provost and vice president for Academic Affairs, will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. Sept. 27 in Dede III of the Hulman Memorial Student Union. A program will begin at about 3:30 p.m.

ISU launches inaugural season
   
 
Indiana State University’s new women’s soccer program has begun its inaugural season as ISU’s 15th varsity sport, and it’s no surprise that first-year head coach Vernon Croft has some very concrete goals in mind for his first year at ISU.
