An urban campus... transformed
     Birds are singing and the air is clear. The soothing sound of a rushing fountain masks the rumble of trucks from blocks away. A network of sidewalks crisscrosses an inviting quadrangle of grass, trees and flowers in the shadow of tall buildings.
