George Potter, a senior English major, is the 2002 recipient of the John
W. Moore Award. Former Indiana State University President John
Moore presented the award to Potter at the President’s
Scholars spring banquet Saturday, April 20, in Dede I of the Hulman
Memorial Student Union. Addressing the crowd were ISU President Lloyd
W. Benjamin III, Board of Trustees President Barbara
House and Foundation Board Chairperson Ralph Cutter. The
speaker for the event was Craig McKee, chair of the ISU
Foundation Board’s development committee.
