January 2017: MANDATORY CHANGES FOR STATE AND BRANCHES |
State Bylaws were revised October 2015 and approved
January 2016. In July, 2016, additional bylaws changes were required, with a January 31, 2017 deadline. Branches should NOT email Bylaws to connect@aauw. Branch presidents/administrators can log into the Member Services Database and upload their new Bylaws or they can email them to Sandy Camillo, Compliance Consultant at compliance@aauw.org. As a courtesy, branches should email their revised Bylaws to the State President, Marsha Miller at libmill@yahoo.com. |
